Personal delivery and manual
We like to deliver the horse truck to you personally upon completion. You receive an extensive personal explanation and we test drive the truck. You receive a manual containing all the relevant information regarding your truck.

Inspection
After the personal delivery and an agreed period of time we like to have the horse truck back once more for an inspection. During this inspection we check and test all components again, and listen to your comments and suggestions.

Warranty
Naturally our horse trucks are covered by a warranty, and specific components are also covered by the factory warranty. We have setup arrangements to ensure this. We would like to tell you more about this in person.

Maintenance and repair
We like you to come to us in Raalte for maintenance and repair. You will find our flexibility second to none. Do you need alternative transport? That is no problem, we can arrange it for you. You can reach us at: 0031 - 572 362444

After sales
Our after sales department consists of five people. They are happy to help you if you come across unexpected problems or require servicing of your horse truck, both in and outside the warranty period. They are ready to assist you where necessary.
