RR6 Top Class

The RR6 Top Class Line provides all the luxury that horse people need during horse events lasting several days. We have used our years of experience in the construction of horse trucks to design the interior of the Top Class truck. We have thought of everything. Everything is possible. Roelofsen has chosen top brands for all the appliances used. The pop out allows the living area to be substantially expanded. This provides all the space and luxury to ensure a very pleasant stay at (inter)national events. Kitchen, living and toilet/shower area satisfy all demands and are furthermore stylishly furnished.

 

 

The RR6 Top Class Line is a horse truck for the horse lover and horse sportsperson that requires top quality, but who does not wish to sacrifice living comfort and convenience. This truck lives up to its name: TOP CLASS!

Horse area

 

The horses also have everything they need, and are ensured safe and comfortable transport. After all, your horses need optimal conditions when travelling to and from international events. In terms of the interior the horse area of the Top Class Line RR6 is largely similar to that of the Xclusive Line RR5. The horses are arranged diagonally.

 

 

Characteristics of the horse area:

• Durable rubber floor with a soft under layer.

   

• Walls are finished with rubber.

   

• Partitions made of stainless steel and aluminium with a transparent pvc mat underneath.

   

• The partitions are easy to adjust, every 10cm on the front and back.

   

• Stainless steel blanket rack with a round butt bar.

   

• Cushions lining the partitions.

   

• Windows that can be opened to the front and rear of the horses with guard bars.

   

• Electric ventilator for air circulation.

   

• PL lighting in the horse area.

   

• Safe, rubber coated ramp with integrated horizontal slats. Sufficient grip in every type of weather.

   

• Side panels for extra safety during (un)loading.

   

• Final lock up bar with rubber flap for the last horse.

   

• Stairs with anti-slip rubber that can be folded away

   

• Outer door for access to the living and horse area.

   

• Revolving stainless steel tube with four saddle bars attached to the butt bar, and bridle bars.

   

 

Drinking, waste water, and faeces tanks with a capacity of 500, 450, and 150 litresrespectively come standard with the Top Class Line. These tanks are equipped with a water level meter. Additionally there is a water pump with a switch, and hose recoiler with water spray unit. The tanks are mounted in a protected, frost proof area for use during the winter.

 

Living area

 

As with the Xclusive Line the pop out of the living area provides extra comfort in the RR6 Top Class Line. We have thought of everything in the design of this truck to ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible. We dare to claim that the RR6 Top Class offers you more facilities than most hotel rooms. An LCD colour screen with remote control, automatic satellite dish and a home cinema system with DVD and CD player are also part of the standard fit out in the Xclusive Line RR5. The speaker set in the horse cabin is a nice extra.

 

 

The luxurious living area is more than complete, and is stylishly furnished and upholstered. A luxurious parquet floor, insulated walls, beautiful wall covering and a luxurious ceiling. Roelofsen has an extensive collection of fabrics, colours, materials and designs at its disposal for the walls, floors, furniture and windows. The choice is yours.

• A leather upholstered semicircular couch with sofa, available in various colours.

   

• Leather furnished stool.

   

• Two leather swivel lounge chairs, as well as a fixed table that is height adjustable.

   

• Luxurious ceiling with imitation leather panels and wooden veneer piping.

   

• Plywood upholstered walls with veneer, available in various designs.

   

• Sliding windows with insect and sun block screen and curtains.

   

• Two tall, built-in wardrobes with sufficient storage space.

   

• Foldaway sleeping accommodation above the cabin for two people, which can be adjusted in height.

   

• Halogen spotlights and ceiling lamps for lighting the living area.

   

• Raised insulated floor.

   

• Solid vault.

   

 

You enter the living area of the RR6 Top Class Line through a separate hall or entry, which has a luxurious parquet floor. Finishing of the hallway walls and ceiling seamlessly joins the living area.

 

 

The kitchen of the RR6 Top Class Line is complete and equipped with all the appliances you can think of: spacious fridge, combination oven, ceramic hot plate, range hood and a splendid espresso machine. All top brands. The extensive kitchen is stylish with a practical layout containing a stone kitchen top, kitchen unit with drawers and cupboards above the kitchen sink. The square washbasin has a mixer tap and there is a glass sheet to cover the kitchen unit. The truck has an electric boiler of 20 litres for all your warm water needs.The shower and toilet area of the Top Class Line RR6 has a luxurious finishing and provides you with everything you need like the rest of the horse truck.

The shower is separated from the living area by a fixed partition with a lockable sliding door. This area also has a parquet floor. The shower cabin has a thermostatic tap and a shower door. The luxurious bathroom furniture with enamelled washbasin is available in various types of wood. There is a luxurious porcelain flushing toilet. A roof ventilator removes damp air. Above the shower area are two comfortable sleeping berths.

The horse area contains plenty of storage space for your saddles. A loose, removable saddle rack is included for stable storage of four saddles. Various bridle bars are also provided. You can choose to have a power lift for the tack locker on the side of the horse truck

 

Paint work

 

Roelofsen delivers the standard RR6 Top Class Line sprayed in a beautiful colour. This includes the truck, loading platform, skirt and top sleeper with side fenders. We are happy to use several colours, to spray or lacquer stripes and/or advertising, and provide you with a custom quote.
